Pets!

Pets are cool, when I was little my dad bought us (for me and my sister) Budgerigar, at first we loved them but with the past of time we forgot to feed them and my mam always yell “Tere, Mane!! The birds don’t have food!!”  Finally the birds die, it was kind of sad but we are little so we really don’t realized that this is a brutal murder.
When we grew up a few years, my father woke up, and takes us to a breeder of Labrador retriever, and we pick a black one! We called “Blackie” haha maybe was too obvious but we are still little. Blackie was a great and cute dog the first two months, then he started to destroy everything that we had in the garden, ALL, the flowers, the grass, even the railing! I think that this happened because our garden is not big enough for this kind of dogs, so we take him to our house in Los Andes, which is bigger than Santiago house. I think he’s happy now.

When I was 17 we moved to an apartment, and I really don’t like animals inside houses so, we couldn’t have more pets since that. And I’m ok with that, because if sometime I live alone in a house with a big garden, I would have dogs again! (Nothing more exotic haha, I’m very traditional, besides I’m scared of exotic animals like snakes or spiders).

Which country would I like to live in?

Casa Pueblo, Uruguay
Since I was little I wanted to live in another country; I didn’t know which one for sure, but at least in a foreign country. Now that I grew up I realize that I LOVE Chile! Really, I always compare Chile with the rest of Latin America and we are so fine right now, in politics, our economy (of course not everything works perfectly, but in any other places neither) it is a balanced nation.

Besides this is a family country (I will die if all my kids run away of the house at 18 years!), with beautiful places and landscapes, I would choose a town with beach or lake, and seriously I love Chile, the only thing that I wanted to change a little is the weather, because I don’t like winter, if Chile was in the place of South Brazil, I would love it more haha.

I like Uruguay too, and it would be my second choice for living, because it’s like Chile in many ways but a smaller country, in another scale (In all Uruguay there are 3 million people, in Montevideo only 1.5 million). When I was there the last summer I realized that it is a family country too, and it’s located in the south of Brazil, so the weather is better in winter. And If I decided to go and live there, I would hope that I could be an amazing architect and make so many beach houses.
